You know what it means as well as I do... I knew I would get this ???
But IT DOES NOT TAKE AWAY from the fact that MID 12's are possible from a Stock 427R! THE Clock starts when the car moves... Late or early! I was going for best ET and experimenting with different launch styles I jumped the light but the ROUSH and Driver (ME) ran Mid 12's! -.04 not too bad. I usually cut around .180.

Just kidding...I think you did great. When Jerry first tried his 98 Cobra on the drag strip...all he did was smoke the tires half way down the track...after that he just kept it on the road courses.

Once again...you should be proud

I have the best of both worlds... As quoted by a racer at the track who did say that this was the best time for a stock blown mustang he had seen... he is a 2007 running 12.3 on motor. He said the best GT 500 stock with slicks he saw was 12.7. I am running the tires that came with the Car.

16 PSI in the rears BFG KD's, 3000rpm and feather the clutch just right... You can feel when its right. 2 passes yesterday and 3 passes back a few months ago. It took me 5 times to get it just right!
