Here is are a few pics from today's street legal drags during the open house...It was open to the first 200 street leagal cars/trucks that signed in. I didn't want to carry a bunch of camera equipment around so I shot these from the stadium seating with a Canon P&S.

What a fantastic day it was today!!! The atmosphere at an NHRA race is so much different than Nascar. You can go where you please and walk straight up to the drivers and cars and get to sit there and watch them rebuild the engines.

Ashley Force is an absolute Goddess...cute, friendly, rich and hauls ass! How could you not just love that girl?!? Looks like its off to a great start for the weekend. Loading pics in the FN Gallery as we speak.

Its sad but give the NHRA 2yrs and it will be the same as NASCAR!

I have been an NHRA fan for about 10yrs now and it has changed just as much and seems to be headed in the same direction as NASCAR!
All about the $$$$$$$$$$!

I wanted to check out Charlotte but just didn't work out this time!

Well you are close enough, I am sure you can bring it up sometime for Test n Tune. It really is a nice track. I cant WAIT til they open up test and tune and i have already started up an "oops i broke it" fund!!!
