I just dont understand how you can "build" around that weak ass ring and pinion. I thought alot of those cars came with 12 bolts stock.

even with 34" of total tire, the minute you apply the torque this motor produces, the tires go to smoke so unless it hooks, the rear is safe. You can get different alloy ring gears and carriers can be replaced with stronger stuff too. Hell you can cryo anything these days too.

Mike and I have too much car preferences the same, its scary. This car is scary quick. I have butterflies in my stomach driving it. I haven't found a middle ground. It's either very mellow or hold on for dear life when you get into the boost. I'm only running 5 pounds of boost but it has close to 250 cubic inches of displacement per revolution of the blower. Thats over twice the capacity of the Cobra blower and the T/A is 10% UNDER driven.

I just cant believe that thing has a 10 bolt in it. I guess with no traction it doesnt really matter, but I dont know of 1 f-body here that has touched 10's on the 10 bolt and didnt break it cryoed or not. And thats the auto cars, 6 speed cars break at stock power with DR's.

But I guess if it holds it holds, sweet ride either way.

Found it on Ebay, I have been cooking up this caper for months now. Once I agreed to the deal, I had the car in 5 days.

Just idling into any meet will draw enough attention. A coupe of throttle stabs and a crowd will appear.
