Authenticity Phone Call

I got a surprising registered letter from a company in Miami that had "my" 02 Roush impounded. After I called them, I found they were holding the car because the current owner needed to prove it was his. That isn't anything abnormal, but the reason was a surprise to me. The company rep said they researched that it was "an authentic Roush Stage 3" that I purchased, but now had the engine and transmission replaced. The guy apparently proved it was legally his, and it was released. Just surprised anyone went to that much trouble. I sold it to someone in NJ, so it's probably on owner #3 or more.

Haven't been around for awhile, but Blackjack has me thinking ...

Just a closet Roush fan now, a deal or two away from another toy! If not a Roush, a 500hp "old school" GTO might be the ticket ...
