Yep it's a new Roush painted caliper and added stock size GT slotted rotors.
I found this while looking on ebay. I wonder why Roush did this? I would perfered the upgraded Roush 14inch 4piston calipers ![]() eBay Motors: Ford : Mustang (item 350090417563 end time Aug-26-08 15:38:26 PDT)

I believe that do to the 20's on the RTC and the Roadsters. They designed these new Roush painted Calipers since the offset of the wheels are different on these types of Roush Wheels. But putting them on the 429R Roush. The stock cast Roush 18's they should have done the upgraded package as a stock option.

I hope you can order the Roush upgraded brakes as an option. I'd hate to spend all that money on a specialty aftermarket production car and NOT get some insane front stoppers.
You could always drop your new 429R by JDM and we could hook you up...te he he he he |

Those are the sport brake kit (slotted rotors and painted caliper) they are a new option foe those that like the red calipers but don't want to pay the big money for them. $1450 vs. $2877 for the 14 inch front & rear brake upgrade (rour piston frt caliper).
