Being that's the vibration is intermittent, I think the dealer thinks that I am just "one of those", picky,"can't please" people. It's been humilating when they have driven it and it's not so bad, but then sometime later when I'm driving it and it suddenly vibrates so much, the steering wheel is jiggling in my hands by 1/4"-1/2" as the front end shakes. It vibrates a while, later it'll get smoother, but then returns. Someone just needs to drive it more than 5-20 min or so. Another thing, the first 3 times the car was in the dealer, they said they checked before rebalancing and said the tires were out of balance and needed rebalanced. That should't happen. The service advisor said they had had some problems with their balancing equipment recently in the past, but had fixed it though. He said I was the only person to complain at that time of balancing issues, so it just may be me, and I got the other excuses. Humiliating...frustrating... so your information and others is golden.
