I like it as long as the edges are firmly in contact with the underlying sheetmetal...it kinda looks like the bottom sticks out & is an add on...same with the vertical sides by the tail lights, but may just be the pics angles.

I would want it to not look like an add on or that I could just hook my finger under it & pull it off...forgive me if I am wrong in my assessment of the pics

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

Agree with Walt, the fitment looks odd.

Seems like the same cut could be made on some flat black vinyl and you could create a marketable decal at a much lower price.

Since its magnetic, how hard is it for me to "borrow" from someone's trunk.

The trunk lid actually has a funky curvature to it. That is why it looks that way.

As for the "borrowing"question. If someone wanted to steal it that bad, they could. Just like they could steal a shorty antenna, mirror covers...etc...

I had one too. Didn't fit right and looked terrible. Settled for the molded plastic cover which fits and looks much better..

The only concern I would have is when opening the trunk is it possible to accidently grab it instead of the trunk and pull it off?

I don't understand. What is its' purpose in the first place? Just a cover? Why would that be an item of interest? Does it serve a function?

It's cosmetic. just like the fake hood scoop that Ford put on your car.

Wrong! My hood scoop is totally functional. When traveling at high rates of speed it causes my hood to dance and shimmy like a water-bed and I find that to be very thought provoking while wondering is my hood going to come off.
