To clean the dust that accumulates you can use a quick detailer, you can't go wrong with my Fast Shine, Waterless Wash, or Optimum Instant Detailer. All of those work great, just mist them on and wipe off with a microfiber. They will also add some nice gloss and slickness to the paint.
If you are wanting a wax that is very easy to use weekly and you can do really quick, the Optimum Spray Wax is the way to go, you just mist this on like a quick detailer and wipe off with a microfiber. I can do a car in less than 5 minutes with this. The Optimum Spray Wax gives really nice shine and slickness, plus the protection is on par with a paste wax.

I think we are in the same boat -
I work at a building on a golf course so there are some dirt areas nearby and some people park in the dirt next to our lot so I get a good coating of dust built up every week. My intentions are to use the Rinseless Wash Once a week or maybe more realistically every other weekend. In between washings, I plan on using the quick detailer (the one with carnuaba) to take off the dust safely. I'll probably take the dust off every other day or every third day depending on the amount of build up. I'll probably end up getting the bug removal kit at some point too. So far, I'm loving these products! ~ RP

Are you needing drying towels and towels to take off products?
Also, I highly recommend using a polish before the Wet Obsession to get the best results. The polish will clean the paint, take out light swirls and scratches, bring out more shine and reflection plus prep the paint for the Wet Obsession. Do you want the Spray Wax for a quick wax or were you just going to layer the Wet Obsession? The Wet Obsession does look wetter and deeper with layers. Were you needing any tires dressing, applicators, and so on..... Just give me a better idea of what you are needing and I will figure up a discounted package for your needs. Thanks! Justin

Pretend I have NOTHING for the car (which is practically what I have).
Waterless Wash, or Optimum Instant Detailer sounds like what I was looking for for use during the week but is misting on and wiping off really that simple with the black car? The Optimum Spray wax sounds good too so let me try that before I step into the Wet Obsession for the weekly full detail (or bi-weekly as it will probably be). I have a California car duster new in the package but the previous one I used on my old black car left me less than happy. Maybe I was just using it wrong so tell me not to use it ![]() I don't need any tire dressing as I like the Mequiar's Insane Shine and I have a bunch of that from previous gifts and car shows. I use the Invisible Glass products for the windows. |

The quick detailers will work great if the vehicle is just a little dusty. I highly recommend going with Optimum No Rinse if the vehicle is dirtier than that. The NO Rinse is easy to use and you can do it pretty fast. This is my main wash method in my detailing business and for my personal vehicles.
So I would go with the Optimum No Rinse as your main wash and then my Fast Shine quick detailer for in between. The Fast Shine is my best selling quick detailer. For towels I would go with at least 1 Amazing Dryer and 3 Ultra Premium towels. Then the Optimum Spray Wax as your wax. How does this combo sound to you?

sounds good to me. I work at a warehouse/trucking area so sometimes the dust/dirt is a little heavy each day so I want to make sure I have something enough to handle that without washing the car with soap and water every day. I think once I get some good polish and wax as a "base" coat the detail work will minimize. The dealership applied a Simoniz protectant to the car before purchase.... Not sure how that will affect things either.
but what the heck do I know? You are the professional, I am at your mercy! ![]() |
