1969 Sportsroof

I'm throwing a '95 Roush on my '69 Sportsroof (fastback). A 302 with style. I just can't decide between a functional shaker or a functional Cougar Eliminator Scoop.

Mine runs. Daily driver with 89,000 miles on it. (not all with the intake, but probably 25k with the intake.)

Like crap! I need to get a chip in it and get it tuned. It's pretty much been sitting while I've been playing with the 89, but I need to get it fixed soon.

What is causing the problems? The Roush ECU?

BTW did you see this one?

Yeah, it is. It would be so much easier if the car was a manual! Just pop in a Cobra computer and it would all be fine. But those don't work with automatics.

Nice find, I didn't see that before.

Should be able to get by without the Cobra Computer. The only reason they changed it was to compensate for the 24lbs injectors. As long as you have the MAF sensor calibrated to the correct size injectors, you should be money. FYI, I sent my entire air box and filter to Pro-M and they custom flow the meter to the air box/ intake combo. I think it cost me around $250 when I had it done a few years ago. Talk about a big difference. The only mod required was to remove about 1" off the end of the sensor. Hope this helps...
