Anyone seen a 5.0 3 piece manifold on a 5.8?

Curious if anyone has ran or seen one of these manifolds on a 5.8L engine.

Yes, I know the 5.8 has a taller deck height. PME makes a manifold spacer kit to adapt 5.0 to 5.8's.

I just sold a Mustang and picked up a GEN 1 Lightning and thinking about putting it on if it the accessories and stuff don't interfere and the SD EEC doesn't freak out, although I do have a Tweecer that may help with that.

Yes, the 6.1 CJR (Cobra Jet Roush?) I have an article on it at home. It was a prototype Cobra R if I remember correctly. White car with a Cobra R hood. Very nice looking...

+1 on a scan. Man that would be a sweet read.

I have been looking for info on that 6.1 CJR car. I only have a tiny "sub"article.

I've always wondered what the engine bay looked like, I was under the impression they used a twin bore TB on it, ala 96 Cobra.

While on the subject, does anyone have any information on the technical/engineering details on this intake or has anyone ever spoke to anyone on the design team or know names?

There had to be some man hours spent on its design, must have had some high powered engineering principles behind it. I would love to hear the details on it.

Sorry, probably gonna hold on to it forever. Too beautiful, haha.

5.8 Roush intake conversion plates

I have or can get you a custom one off set of plates and the oil galley cover, the plates are made from billet aluminum and the oil galley cover is really nice, all brand new never installed. These were custom made for the Roush intake manifold to be used on a 5.8. They are very expensive but very nice.
