Yellow '04 Roush Focus (beware of pictures)

I had bookmarked a link to the Roush production numbers on Foci a while back but was never much of a forum person so I didn't think twice about. The other day I was digging through my bookmarks and stumbled across the site. I figured it'd be good to get in touch with the Roush community since I really don't have any Roush connections. Hell I've even driven the car back to the same dealership it came from in Richmond and people have come out to look at it because they didn't know anything about it. As the title states I have an '04 Egg Yolk Yellow Roush ZX3; it's a stage 1 with I believe everything on it but the stage 2 suspension. I could be mistaken though since the interior is Roushless. Speaking of that I wouldn't mind to pick up the Roush gauge cluster, pedals, and a shifter but I can look for that later, lol. I got the car brand new off the lot around June '05-ish with like 100 miles on it and since then have put 55k and some change (that even includes a 14 month hiatus due to stupidity). All I've done is some light tint, an Alpine X-type, and an after market head unit so nothing to special. With that said I'll post a few pictures a buddy of mine and I took while out on a cruse.

Not a fan of the wheels but overall I think it is a cool car.

    Glad you posted. Welcome.
ROEA Charter membership for sale. Original sale price from 2004 was $250. Due to improvements in the ROEA, they are now bigger and better so I have to adjust for that. You can now purchase mine for $500. I will accept Paypal.

Thanks for sharing... and I actually like the wheels.. would not change them. In fact, that is probably the best looking Focus I have seen. Very sharp car!

Don't let anyone bad-mouth your Focus. Even the rims. The rims are the coolest part of it. I think all of the Focus and Cougar owners should stand up for there due recognition in the Roush community. I've had my Focus a (developement Focus) I bought from Roush 4 years ago. It's a real Roush product. I just bought a Roush Mustang and now people say "how does it feel to finally own a Roush?" I ask them what the heck are you talking about...
Anywho, the parts you have are early Focus parts. The rims that have Roush on them 3 times are way early. I have a few of those. It was reduced to two after a bit... Don't bend them or anything I bought the last ones they had
    Here's mine.

Thanks man, I went through a period where I got sick of the car but getting onto this site got me excited about it again. Now I'm going to do a little bolt on work and try to make it a bit more fun daily. I hadn't realized that the wheels were that rare, but I did know that it was an early one. I posted in the thread you have about your car but I'll ask again here. Whats the deal behind your suspension and the brakes? They look like Baer brakes and that thing is sitting a good bit lower than mine. Stage 2 suspension, was it just a prototype suspension or what?

I just replied to the other thread but it has double adjustable stainless steel KW's. The brakes are a version of the Baer kit. The front's are Cobra Mustang calipers that have Roush machined into the fronts. The rears are Corrvette/Z28 brakes. Needs a new prop valve now to calm down the rears. With the right amount of left foot braking and right foot throttle you can make it hang out like a rear drive car.

nice car man, never seen a yellow roush, like everyone else said keep the wheels nice, the previous owner of mine bent 2 of them so I will be sending them out soon to get them straightned. What are you bolt on plans for the car?
