I've had it with Roushparts
I ordered some parts from Roush on June 12. I've been told 3 times they will ship by this date and I should receive them on this date. Well yesterday they were supposed to be here, I call them today and they still have not left. The item is listed as in stock and no one can tell me why they have not shipped. Is this a common issue with them? It's unfortunate they are the only vendor for this item, or I would have canceled and gone else where. I'm FNpi$$ed!!!!!!!

You need to get on the phone and start talking to their boss. Stand your ground and demand service. I have had the simular problems more than I would care to mention and I always go up the chain. I take names, times and numbers. By the way what is it that you ordered? I might have a solution for it.

Similar to what djbiever said, you really have to be (politely) aggressive and tenacious when dealing with RPP. And if they have already run the charge through on your credit card, I would probably drop the "polite" part after the first non-answer and escalate it up the chain of command. Good Luck! ~fish~

Never, never, never order from Roush directly... we all love them, but they suck.
As already stated, be aggresive to get it through. Good luck!
