Why?

Do i have to take my 06 to the dealer in the morning because the rear end is howling? why cannot I put more than 5 gals of gas in the tank? why after a 20 mile freeway cruise, do's the engine cuttout and stumble and miss when I get back on the streets in town?, why do's the dealer tell me Roush may not back up your program? (just rolled 3 K Miles) no mods.

Sounds like the Fuel level sensor is fubbar'd, fuel pumps may be shutting down since the computer is leaning it out to keep her going. Hmm... could be alot of stuff.

Good luck, and 'do's = does' ?

I have heard that '08 mustangs will have a change to the filler tube to the tank because of this problem. Personally, I have not experienced it but I have heard of another experiencing it...

Dan the sales guy (great guy), darrin in the service dept, these are great people, they really know mustangs, they have no clue about the Roushes they sell.

In short, because you still own a Ford regardless of what it costs. Welcome to the club

stay the course bud. Its a tuner and bound to have an issue now and again imo. Sorry you are suffering but I think it will all work itself out one way or another.I Still want to come over for a game of golf. I have an "in" at the stevenson ranch golf course and they have 12 cabin type accomidations if you ever want to come over for the night, bbq golf and get plastered. It is a top notch course and am looking foward to playing it soon, good or mostly bad it would be fun times, D

Get the car back in the morn, CEL was caused by a bad fuel pump ( replaced)
new clutch pac in the diff to stop the noise.
cannot fill the fuel tank with more than 5 gals of gas, dealer says, try a differant station, is nothing we can do, that is B.S, guess I need to find an intersection with 4 stations.
So much B.S

your saying the dealer is telling you, that you can only put 5 gals of gas in at a time? are you suppose to hit every gas station going down the road?

I had the same problem with my 05 Sport, the dealer replaced the gas tank on my ride, not just the vent and it worked great even at a "sensitive" gas pump.

I do believe there is a TSB out on the fueling issue.

Is for the 05 but not the 06, only happens with certain pumps so I have the ones that work in my area scoped out.

If the memory is good, the TSB for the rear diff clutch pack was also a 2005 note.

Regardless, this is a FORD issue not a ROUSH issue, and if you are having issues with one dealer. Go somewhere else.
