Adjusting the passenger seat

Anyone else have trouble sliding the passenger's seat forward while you are seated in the driver's seat?
It's almost impossible and the dealership says there is nothing they can do for it.
I thought I read something about this on here, but couldn't find it by searching the forum.

Anytime someone needs to sit behind the passenger.
The guys I work with like to take my car when going out for lunch. I'm always in first and trying to move the seat up to offer more leg room. Otherwise it is slid all the way back.

Had the vacuum out tonight and went to slide the passenger seat forward from outside the car. That thing is a bitch to slide.

Mine moves with no problem, even if I'm sitting on it

My 07 is the same. I like to keep the seats symmetrical, it drives me nuts when the pass seat is out of place. My 2001 mustang was also difficult to move if you werent sitting in it.
