Another Future Ford crap
I went to my settlement hearing and I am only asking that they FIX the damage that THEY did( 4 years later,which happened on there lot, by their guys before I bought it ) and now they are saying that I caused the damage and I am just after them. This is going to trial and I hope I get a jury that can sit and not hear their crap. Just venting. At first I wanted them to take the car back and give me a new car(which I bought and paid cash for), but now I am just asking that they fix their damage, am I being greedy? I paid for a NEW car and got a damaged car and I am just asking them to pay to fix what They DID! I again am sorry I am venting, but where does this make me wrong? How can I talk to Roush and at least.sh*t I am just wasting my time there to. Sorry for venting, but my head is about to blow off!!

I sent your lawyer what I have which had a lot to it, but we did not discuss this aspect. After my 1st motor replacement my pipes sagged and had to be realigned 100 miles later. After the 2nd motor replacement it happened again and they said I caused it. They showed me a scrape mark where I ended up going slowly across a speed bump because I only had 2" clearance after the sag. They said I caused the sag. I said no, check your records, this happened last time. They said they tried to align it and only a specialty shop could do it. After many arguments, the motor went again and I had it replaced under warranty. When the car came out again, everything was perfectly aligned. I asked the service advisor if they had sent it to a shop to fix it and he said no. I asked how they magically had the ability to correct it this time around and he said they just tried extra hard. Bottom line is they lied and they got caught. I will testify to this by the way...

Who was the service writer? Barney was mine...after they bottomed out my car flying into the dealership and all of a sudden made a LOUD creaking noise, he grabbed a can of WD40, sprayed the hinges and said it would be fine after it opened and closed some more (he opened and closed the door like 10 times). Turns out the driver caused the front 1/4 panel and door to become misaligned. The GM (that is who I called about it) had me drive the car to a body shop, and they fixed it. Had to loosen the panels, and realign and tighten. They are all idiots there...Still haven't gone to get my free truck I supposedly won last year after I didn't buy a car from them
 My mom just got done fighting for 4 months with Big Valley Ford over her lemon. Fuel injectors among other things were replaced every other week it was taken down there but nothing was wrong. It "always" started right up. After she got her new one, the old one broke down and wouldn't start while they were driving it. They wanted her to pay to have it towed back to the dealership. You are not greedy, they are idiots. That's probably the nicest name that comes to mind. Ford dealerships are getting extremely ridiculous, and as sad as it is for me to say, owning 4 Fords myself and my parents owning 4, other companies are sure seeming the better option lately, with the exception of Folsom Lake Ford. I drive ~1.5 hrs one way down there to get my oil changed. I wish you the best of luck!

Well we will see what happens next week? I am just so fed up with this after 4 years of agro! I can not believe the attorney can sleep at night saying that I am the one who damaged the car. How can someone sleep at night after lying daily? I am so glad I am not him when we meet our maker.

I think you should tell them you want a new car and to replace it with a 07 roush. Its only fair right, you paid for a new roush and got a used damaged one. You have had to deal with a used roush for 4 years now never had new. They should take that roush from you and give you a new one. If they took care of it right away they wouldn't loose money on the one you have its there fault they need to take the loss and give you a new roush. I would talk with your lawyer and see if maybe he can convince the jury that you paid for new got used and still didnt get a new one and he should suggest to them that they take back there used car and give him the new one like he paid for.
