Warranty Work
This is a dealer issue and not Roush....I took my vert in to the dealer on July 23rd because the vinyl is coming off the light bar.
On Monday July 30th Roush did not have a claim so I called the dealer. Told me Roush warranty claims were time consuming and hard to deal with but they would get it submitted that night.
Tuesday July 31st, 4:30pm Roush still did not have the claim so I went to the dealer and they told me it was the end of the month and they were very busy but it would get faxed in to Roush first thing Wednesday morning.
Wednesday Aug 1st at 12:00 Roush still did not have the claim so I called the owner of the dealership and talked to him personally. He said I'll handle it right now. At 3:00pm I talked to John at Roush warranty and not only had the claim been submitted it was already approved and ready to ship to the dealer. Must not be as hard as the service manager claims.
Thanks to John at Roush everything went smooth. Turns out some of the time we complain about Roush it turns out to really be the dealership.
