Daytona Testing

Well today was the first Pre-Season test for the NASCAR Sprint Cup boys...Roush & Ford didn't do the greatest, but then again they are probably all sandbaggin...Damn #48 at top of speed charts

From what I read on Jayski this morning, they only allowed single car runs on the track yesterday. Mark Martin pretty much said it was worthless time spent, as they really won't start adjusting on the car until they can run in the pack and see how the car reacts to drafting and being around other cars. Travis Kvapil in the Yates car was the fastest Ford. Let's hope the Roush boys will pick up some speed, once they can get some adjustments made!

Gotta love NASCAR...and well I will say Kvapil is kinda a ROUSH Car this year. Was over at the shops the other day and the Yates operation is in the Boris Said facility which is building #5 at Roush-Fenway complex. They are using Roush chassis/body packages and still working together on the engine packages and they are in arm reach of the other Roush teams. No rocket scientist needed to figure this one out
