I have no words.......I feel so vindicated now....

Hard to argue now that it wasn't the cars he was in. Nice dominant win! Most laps EVER led in a Bud Shootout.

Nice teamwork there too. I expected Gordon to shun the team as he did at the end trying to work with Stewart. He's still a loser.

If this was any indication, it'll be a LONG year for the Fords...
What, a 12th, plus 4 of the last 5 spots?

Ya Ford didn't fair to well but keep in mind four drivers didn't finish the race due to accidents, Gilliland, Biffle, McMurray and Elliot. Not saying any of them would have won but those are some good drivers out.

I will always be happy to see JR win a race no matter what the circumstances are.

Looked to me like the COT and a less restrictive restrictor plate made for some better racing last night. The cars seemed to be able to move around in the pack better.

I was thinking after the race while JR was in victory lane, Teresa was probably going to her car in a hurry.

If this is a sign of anything to come it might be a great year for JR.

I was listening to the commentary today and I never realized that Jack Roush has never won a Daytona 500.

A statement I bet we'll hear more of as the season that no NASCAR fans were looking forward to heats up.
