need help please on suspension

i just installed the roush kit on my 99 f-150 it lowers the truck 3/3.5. the passenger front end sits lower than the driver side. i can stick three fingers in the driver side but only two in the passenger side. i called roush but no response i had to leave a message.i really need help on this.not sure what to do.

Did you install the springs in the correct orientation? I'm not too familiar with the F150 suspension, but on the 04 and earlier Mustangs the lower control arm was recessed for the pigtail on the bottom of the sping and you needed to make sure the spring was seated correctly. Hopefully this helps.
