I have a Foush F150, I got it mainly to tow the car. Its a buyers market right now, If you check out f150online.com you will see the going rate for trade in's on f150's ( any gas gusler) is super low, one persons last year paid 17k new trying to trade in got the highest offer of 8500, dealers dont want them because there not moving off there lot.
There is nothing wrong with a clone. however i would say that if you were to buy a clone off a dealer, your better off just finding a f150 Screw or Scab that you like, grabing it for a fantastic deal and dont worry that it wont be there tommorrow because it will, and adding on the parts yourself. S/C , body kit etc. There are some great vendors here that I bet if you checked it out you can save yourself a ton of green vs a dealer installed clone, Your overall investment is going to be substantually cheaper, and if your a ROEA member 10% back on any roush parts already discounted from the vendors doesnt hurt being able to mod it out yourself is way better IMO heres mine. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

If you are going to enjoy it as a Roush I would say go with the Nightmare, just my opinion. But if you like the looks mainly I would go with a Foush simply to save money by not buying the Supercharger so you can buy gas.

i wont say dont go with a S/C to save gas, I get 25+ on the stang. Im going to S/C the truck this summer simply for better hauling, more HP/TQ from the get go. the only thing I looked at is should a dealer install it ( not a chance) or should I , IMO I going to , the instrustructions are dead on you really cant screw it up unless you cant read. The Roush tune is very conservitive (yes), it needs to be, you can put this on a truck/car that has 50k and you dont need to worry.
This is just MO, I looked at the poll no one says dont go for the foush, I totally disagree but again this is just MO, If your looking for a long term investment then MAYBE yes go with a nightmare or a S3, Look at all your options, which im sure you will, I will leave you with this, we have all been there, do you realy think a numbered truck/car is worth the extra coin. most here will agree that unless its NOT driven and very low miles you never enjoyed it your not going to get what you expect out of it later, |

Nothing wrong with clones, but I think you'd get more gratification from the cloning your self than a dealer clone!

Good luck with it! Cheers Nemi

Me and MaMa talked about it and we decided to go with a new/used F150. It's only a '06, but with the price, options, & miles on it we couldn't really pass up the deal. I know it's not what I was thinking of or dreaming of but it's probably the best way to go
![]() This way I'll stay out of trouble and still be able to tow her girl to shows & events if needed. Plus in the future I can mod the truck to our liking ![]() Been up all night talking to a fellow friend that's in my unit so I'll post pics of the new addition tomorrow ![]() |
