Discussion not specific to Roush Mustangs, but 2005+ Mustang mechanics in general.
I have a 91 octane, 10% ethanol tune. If I use a higher octane with or without ethanol should I adjust my spark and fuel using the SCT adjustments to compensate? If so what would be the compensation?
Here is what I'm thinking:
91 w/o ethanol: Advance spark +1-2 deg, lean 2%
93 w/o etanol:...
Another way to save a little weight on the front of the car... of course just like the Ford Racing electric fan, no numbers are given. It says for racing use only, but when has that ever stopped us for using stuff around here.
