Welcome and glad you decided to post up! As far as I know, those are the CAI's most used by the Fn peeps, with good results too.

Speak to a local Roush Authorized Dealer/Vendor, they can get you Roush products cheaper than what you see on the RPP site. You'd be surprised at the cost of their CAI, I was...

I got mine from Roush and sent back for the new tune to go with it. It was worth every penny to me. The new pulley was installed at the same time and when I got it back from the dealer, I thought WOW. And then I got the 4.10 gears.....and then.....lower trailing arms.....and then.....well I'm broke but happy.
I think no matter which one you choose to buy, you'll love what it did for the car. Good luck with your search.

I have similar mods and what I like now is I don't have to down shift to pass while cruising in 5th. Having to learn how to drive it all over again, gas pedal is so.....touchy.

    Steeda CAI

I went with the Steeda, bought through Rangers Fan on the site, and the discount brought it in line.

    Easy install, great results!

Check out this one from Anderson Ford 05-08 MUSTANG ROUSHCARGER POWER PIPEŽ KIT

    Anderson Ford Motorsport Home Page

This Power PipeŽ PKAF-0126C is specifically engineered and calibrated (using the NEW Abaco DBX 97mm digital mass air meter) for 05-08 Mustangs equipped with the Roushcharger kit .
The PKAF-0126C is equipped with the largest air box in the business supplying 819 cubic inches of cooler air to the DBX 97mm digital mass air meter and hooking that up to a 4.5'' mandrel bent ceramic coated Power Pipe that looks Fierce and flows 1300+cfms

With this awesome setup, we have seen an increase of up to 17 rear wheel horse power with no need to FLASH the computer on the Roushcharger equipped Mustangs. Utilizing the PKAF-0126C with bigger throttle body and or smaller supercharger pulley will results in even bigger gains in Horse Power and boost.

600 bucks for the power pipe seems a bit steep to me for 17 extra ponies.. Not having to flash or apply a tune is a bonus though and it does look awesome..

It's just a bit pricey to me..

This one comes with the air tube, filter, and mass air meter. The others only provide the air tube and filter.

    Roush Power Pipe

The Power Pipe setup is more than just an CAI and Intake Tube. It is also a Digital Maf that comes with software to allow for fine tuning. The maf will store up to 10 different tunes. It also allows for future upgrades. If you upgrade your injectors you just go into the software and select the correct the injector size and it adjusts the maf automatically.

I am really on the fence on this one.

    Plus it looks really cool.

    Regards

    John

+1 on RangersFan AKA Steeda Steve. Send him a PM and he'll get you a price. Tell him if it is for supercharged or N/A.

    My Steeda works great.

Install how-to here. I just stretched the intake boot over the Steeda billet inlet. Use a little dish detergent / water mixture. Yes, it is a pain, but when done it fits nicely.
