Where do you live that you can take a 4.6 car thats fuel injected and smog legal, And drop in a motor thats Carb and probly non-smog-able. Are you taking it to the race track??

Forged internals. Steel crank, Forged pistions forged rods, Roller cam, Roller rockers in head, Aluminum heads.

Going super, make sure you keep pistion ratio at like 8.5 and under.

You cant really expect a complete motor build list until you say what you are planning to do with the car. IE....
Daily driver , Race track only car , 1320...in under 10??? what are you looking to accomplish??

Best bet is take it to a speed shop who builds motor like what your looking for. They will be able to give you the spec's to what your looking for,They do it all the time. Just becareful of the smog laws in your area. It would bite me in the a$$ to spend 10K on motor and car and not be able to drive it legally.LOL

Thenn it sound like you have some home work to do. What you are trying to do will cost some bucks. Not to mention the other areas you will have to build up.(Tranny,Rear Axles,Gears....etc.)
Then to get it all smog legal...I know that all the states are going to follow Cali-standard soon, And when it dose the smog restrictions are a B**CH to get around.

    LOL in your plans
