Question Fuel injectors and Cold air Induction

I have a 2000 Mustang with a 3.8 V-6. Would like to do the following mods but need some help. Want to change the MAF to a bigger size. Replace the the injectors with better ones, and put on a Cold Air Induction system, and a chip.

What size MAF will the 3.8 handle? How many pounds should I go on the injectors? Who makes a good chip? Who makes a good CAI at a reasonable price? Any help here would be appreciated.

Unless your car is supercharged or you have rebuilt your motor with higher compression you will be wasting your money on the above plan. Changing your injector size on a stock car even if you do change the MAF (which by the way the stock is more than enough for your stock motor) will not give you any benefit and in fact will most likely cause you driveability issues.

Yupp agreed... get a CAi,,, MAc makes a good one for a 3.8 dont get anything else... if you supercharge then you will have to but injectors are a waste..

i can't agree on mAC option, tho...
get DeMolet Densecharger CAI - it's the best buy for the money/power . They have FULL length available right now fo 99+ it runs around 150.00 BUT gives better torque and rwhp.
there's a huge thread from stangbymustang on the message board 3.8mustang.com where you can buy that CAI too) and all the numbers from the dyno run :
12 rwhp and 14 lb of torque on 3.8

i have Densecharger on my '98 - it's cool ! it's not full length tho they don't make those yet...and it looks good all go - no show !
