Over the weekend I took my Bullitt to Speedtek in Dallas to be tuned by Chris Johnson of JMS and here are my results: With the addition of the Steeda Cat-back and the full length Densecharger system and tuning by Chris Johnson my car picked up 19.2 rwhp and 28.9tq over the initial baseline that I did when I first added the headers and crank pulley!!!!!! My dyno sheet says 264.6 hp and 303.2 tq and that figure is from an engine that Chris pointed out was randomly misfiring. So I did some extrapolation. When the car wasn't misfiring it made a track confirmed 266.7rwhp 304.5tq ( Ennis FFW 13.75 @102.98, race weight 3500) that was with the Steeda Cat-Back, the original Densecharger MAF to fender system and a chip from Paul's High performance. The difference in power between that tune and Chris Johnson's tuning with the full length Densecharger system was 12.1rwhp and 19.0tq. Adding that figure to the figure before my misfire problem produces an astonishing 278.8rwhp 323.5 rwtq!!!!!! That is all motor with bolt on BBK long tube headers w/off road h-pipe, Steeda cat back and the Densecharger CAI. There's a lot of guessing about the value of certain bolt-ons, well I can say I have confirmed results from mine to offer as proof to the many doubters. I will back up my claims with another dyno pull at the end of the month and a trip to the 1/4 mile track here in little S.A.
Stay Tuned,
Arthur

I'm having a hard time following the math, but that's probably just my lack of education showing.
What extrapolation are you doing to get to the 278rwhp figure?
If I remember correctly your original dyno woth LT's and U/D pullies relfected 258rwhp. Your most recent with the cat-back and tuning showed 264rwhp. How do you figure the misfire is causing a 14rwhp loss? Am I missing something?
How did Chris determine the car was misfiring, and what does he think is causing the misfire?
I know you had a bad coil-pack before. Is this something different?

more info, more info...

Baseline
232.5rwhp 266.2tq (Stock)
253.9rwhp 287.9tq (Hdrs, off road, stock catback)
258.6rwhp 294.9tq (Same as above plus Steeda pulleys)
266.7rwhp 304.5tq (Same as above plus original MAF to fender
Densecharger and Paul's High Performance Chip)
Dyno last Saturday, misfire noted with the Star tool
245.4rwhp 274.3tq (Same as above no PHP chip plus full length system)
252.5rwhp 283.9tq (Same as above plus PHP chip)
264.6rwhp 303.2tq (Same as above minus PHP chip plus JMS chip)
The difference between the baseline figure without misfire and the same configuration with misfire 19.2rwhp 28.9tq
258.6rwhp 294.9tq
-245.4rwhp -274.3tq
19.2 + 264.6= 278.8rwhp
28.9 + 303.2= 323.5tq
So my assumption is that if I can restore my car's power to before the dreaded misfire level then I should be very close to the 278.8 323.5 level. I'm going back to the track and dyno later this month to test my theory and of course I'll post my results. Still clear as mud?
Here are some sheets, sorry for the size. These show the power increase a chip can give with the following combo on a Bullitt. Long tube headers with off road H-pipe, Steeda underdrive pulleys and Densecharger full length system. Note, the car was experiencing power robbing random misfire PCM code 0300. dyno01 no chip, dyno03 Paul's High Performance chip, and dyno03 Chris Johnson JMS chip.
