Exclamation Need help ASAP!

I'm in the middle of changing my fuel filter, but I could only get 1/2 of it disconnected. The other side of the line will not come off of the filter! I have tried the disconnect tool, and it actually broke...Soo..I'm kind of at a loss here..WHat alternatives are there to the little tool that didn't work?

Fuel filter wouldn't come off...I ended up getting a different fuel line disconnect tool..worked like a charm. I was just reallly tired and frustrated..didn't want to deal with it anymore..thought there might be some other alternative.

Why is it that things that should be easy on our cars, always kick our A**? Glad you got it resolved.

Funny you say that, but I'm beginning to see the pattern here...the cheaper the part..the more time it's going to take to replace it. So, whatever the service manual says it should take time wise...Multiply that by 3 and you get my service hours.
