yea putting the S3 on NOS would make it go BOOM>>> the internals are prob only good for about 400flywheel hp.. corse some people stretch that... now i aint saying it cant be done... you could get a 100 shot to work on there ... but you would have to have the worlds safest perfect tune... cause at that HP one little pre detonation would make your piston look like a gernade...

People run 8 lb ProChargers and 50 shots off stock internals..

do a 45 or 50 shot....its safe and it will add some great HP w/ a S/Ced car. at least that is what i was told at a speed shop that deals with that kind of thing.
I run about a 40 shot of nitrous in mine, but only on rare occasions, like at the track. Anyways, have fun, your fuel system should be able to handle it.

it's possible, but i wouldn't suggest it, 100 is a bit much, but could be done stock, won't be long until pistons come out your hood though man, i'd just tune the hell out of it then save up for some new internals and piston rods and heads....

I speak from experience I was running a Procharger with 8lbs boost w/very safe tuned and the motor let go, I know that the Procharger is a different SC that the Roots, IMO sure you can do run both hell I was going to run both with my new setup, but decide against it.
Soon or later your motor will let go, and for those who think that your stock fuel system will handle both I really hope you have some money in the bank.

How much safer who knows, I just don't think it would still be safe enough do it on a stock motor, some people get lucky with there setup, but not to many.Roots superchargers are generally safer than Centri

People calling is NOS is a pet peeve of mine and im trying to tell him that there is a difference..... rude or not. Since the roush s/c has only added 100hp over stock id say there is room for a 50 shot but it would be stupid doing that when u can put in forged internals and turn up the boost.

I run 8 lbs with a 100 shot, bottle psi way down. What your looking for is HP.....N2O will make more torque, with bottle psi down (around a 50 shot) which is what you want anyway!! You will need to have a program readjustment, or it will go boom!!

Ya see I got into cars about 20 years ago.... I head of NOS when i was 9 years old, NOS is a company that sells NItrous accesories. I dont care if its your pet piss off monkey or not... But what the fact is that i could have said PUT SOME NX ON THERE... would have have jared the same reaction...?
I just dont like the fact that everyone hates ricers, Previous to TFTF I dont know a hole lot of kids that were into thier cars. Honda or otherwise... And that little 400hp flywheel question, Yea i know... I also have heard as some people putting out 550 or almost 600 with stock internals... But i dont know how far they made it from the dyno. SHM did do the first study into the 4.6 and they came up with a list of rule's if you may... now i am not saying that SHM is the best company out there... but they are the only company out there that dares to say how much the block and internals can hold.. Now am i saying that these S3's will blow up ... naaaaaaaaaaaaa Eaton's are alot safer then paxton's or vortec's they start to loose power at higher RPM's and that makes it so you cant bounce off the rev limiter so bad.... Now Centi's after you bounce off the limiter you almost see 500 more out of the tac... Just my thoughts anyway...

You're running 8 psi of boost with a 100 shot nitrous or with a 50 shot setup? Do you have a dyno run with the A/F shown?
