A-arm Torq spec?

Does anyone know the torq-spec on the bolts that hold the A-arms to the k-member?

I'm starting to think that I might have them too tight and this might be one of the issues with the strang quality in suspension ride?..

anyone that might have some info I'd be greatly appreicative!

Cheers

Nemisus

disregard the above question! Thanks to Tyler for sending me a copy of the 2002 Service manual! Forgot I had it, but when installed I was able to find the correct torq specs! Now to see if I've over tightened!

i haven't actually done it yet! Last few days here in Sebastapol has been in the 100 degrees! Hoping it will cool down enough to check things out! I'm certian they are over-tightened....

When the springs are removed the a-arms stay in whatever positions you set them.... their own wait does not let them drop! I have to actually force the arm down! Makes me believe the bushings are binding pretty badly! I was told that the A-arms should move up and down quite smoothly without force..!

I'll be checking things our before the nights over!

Thanks for asking Torqd

well that wasn't it! Still have the loose rattle feeling in the passenger side..... really it sounds like a ball bearing is rolling around somewhere! Not realistically, just the only way I can describe it!

At least I know the arms are torqed to spec now

Possibly a blown strut?

thought that! But you'd think with a blown strut it would be more constant!

On normal even payment the car rides super nice! This loose rattling feeling (mostly at the passenger side) is at very low speeds on uneven pavement.... like a "pot-holed" dirt driveway!
