Convertible top problems

Ok my Top has started NOT coming back up unless I pull it up. I can hear the motor functioning to take it down, but when it is time to come back up it just doesn't have the juice. How do I get to the motor (pump) and is this something I will have to replace or just add fluid to get it going again, if I can add fluid how do you do that? By the way it is an 04. thanks walter

you can get to the pump by removing the back seat. Not sure on the fluid question. I would think that if you dont see any fluid leak you may just need to replace the pump.
