Trak Pak and 2008 Parts

Bill and Ethan,

Any word from Roush when the Trak Pak or new 2008 parts will be made available?

I talked to Roush and they said in a couple of weeks.

Bill didn't know last time I talked to him... I am on the "waiting list" for the first set of brake ducts that are available. I really want to do this.

I have not seen the Roush brake ducts yet, or the price.

The kit you have there looks like the agent 47 kit. You can buy it direct from agent 47 for $199. I have their grille on my car and it's great!!

I am waiting to see what Roush puts out as I am hoping/ thinking they will have them set to fit the Roush bumper. Agent 47's kit is made for the GT500 or stock GT front bumper. If the Roush kit is too much $350+ or they don't bring it out soon I will buy the Agent 47 kit, and make fiberglass housings to fit the front bumper.

How in the world does the size of your rotors affect the fit of the brake cooling ducts?

Not sure what they fit they use for brakes, but I bet they are using 14" rotors. The bracket also mounts to the caliper/ or the spindle and would still allow for the Rotor to get air. It's not a full race quality set-up but will help our cars for sure.

I am still on hold for the Roush set anyway. I guess I won't have them till the race after this one.

Question, if your on hold for a set, has Roush direct told you they are developing them?

yes Roush said they are. They are also on the list of parts for the Trac-pac. Unlike the CAI. this is a part that exists and I was told with in a few weeks.

I looked at a TrakPak Roush yesterday and it has the scoops and attachments in the front bumper where our's just has the two grills, but the hose running to the breaks wasn't there. I was told that Roush should be coming out with a lot of stuff in about a month or so. They want to make sure they have what they need to complete the run of cars they are going to build before any extra parts are released to the public.

Roush has 20 Trakpak cars left to build and then we can sell the parts. We are hoping to have the brake kits and wings in stock in 4-6 weeks.
