New Stage 3 Motorsports Project Car
We have started on our newest project car. The car is a 2007 Tungsten Grey Mustang GT. We started with the body of the car, Roush front fascia, roush rear wing, roush hood scoop. The stripe kit looks a lot like a 427R Trak Pak stripe (that is all we are going to say about the stripe kit). We added the silverhorse racing rear honeycomb panel and the SHR billet fuel door. The wheels and tires are Roush's trak pak 18x10 painted wheels and cooper 275/40/18s. For the suspension we used Tokico shocks and struts, roush stage 2 springs and roush billet lower control arms.
Now the engine, it stock, bone 300HP stock. We will be upgrading the entire drivetrain. This car is getting the P51 forged short block with the P51 supercharger kit. The clutch will be the spec stage 3+ that roush uses in the P51. For now the 5 speed trans is staying put. We are going to use a 1 pc driveshaft. Here are some pics of the car with the suspension and body complete. The motor and trans upgrades will follow.
